Australian IP services group IPH recently announced the appointment of Tony O'Malley as its Chief Executive Officer.

With over 30 years of industry experience, Tony O'Malley has previously held senior management positions at Telstra, King & Wood Mallesons, and PwC, among other corporations and law firms. He currently serves as Chairman of the Board at Wotton Kearney. It is understood that he will officially succeed the incumbent CEO, Andrew Blattman, on 1 July 2026.

IPH is the first intellectual property services group listed on the Australian Securities Exchange. It provides IP services and products to a client base including Fortune 500 companies, multinationals, public research institutions, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), and professional services firms.
