State Intellectual Property Office Trademark Office Rejects 91 "Ding Zhen" Trademark Applications

In accordance with the provisions of Article 4, Paragraph 1 and Article 10, Paragraph 1 (7) of the Trademark Law, the Trademark Office of the State Intellectual Property Office (SIPO) has recently legally rejected 91 trademark applications for "Ding Zhen".
In November 2020, Ding Zhen accidentally became an internet sensation with his innocent and simple smile, becoming a "new top celebrity". After rising to fame, Ding Zhen has served as the tourism ambassador of Litang County, contributing to the local tourism development.
