Sullivan & Cromwell recently announced the addition of intellectual property partner Amy Proctor, who will be based in the firm‘s Los Angeles office.

Proctor’s practice focuses on representing clients in patent infringement disputes, with a primary emphasis on technology companies. She has led numerous high-stakes patent infringement litigations involving complex software systems.

Proctor joins Sullivan & Cromwell from Irell & Manella, where she began her legal career as an associate in 2012 and was elevated to partner in 2019.
