Perkins Coie recently announced that Jessica Kaiser, a former Lead Administrative Patent Judge at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), will join its Intellectual Property practice as a partner. Kaiser will be based in the Denver office.

Kaiser possesses years of government and judicial experience. During her tenure at the USPTO, she presided over hundreds of trials and appeals involving the America Invents Act (AIA) as a Lead APJ at the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB). Additionally, she served as a law clerk at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
