Recently, Linklaters announced that it has successfully hired Katie Coltart, a former intellectual property litigation partner from Kirkland & Ellis, to join its London office.

Coltart has extensive experience in cross-border intellectual property litigation, and her practice covers various industries including healthcare and life sciences, telecommunications, and technology.

Coltart was previously with Kirkland & Ellis, where she served as a partner since 2018, and prior to that, she worked at Allen & Overy.
